I went down the rabbit whole because of the brand new totally unredacted files released last year. Thanks - I've kept this series as focused on the Oswald shooting as much as possible because it seems to me that Ruby the Shooter appears to be more of a construct built on retrospective accounts i.e. in light of a lack of any solid evidence pre and during the shooting, a helluva lot was built up after the fact. His connections to the mob etc.. is out of this series’ scope
Fascinating stuff, Paul! The missing physical evidence is a startling finding. If it's not Ruby, then it was all staged to execute Oswald, with Ruby still slotted in to take the fall.
I've certainly learned over the years that official stories can be riddled with lies and subterfuge. I will go back and read the earlier entries in the series. Thanks so much for doing this research

Good article. One must note that almost all of the physical evidence in both the JFK and Oswald shootings was mishandled by the Dallas PD. There was confusion over the rifle and shell casings found in the Texas School Book Depository on 11/22. All of the case evidence suffered from a lack of documentation and recording for chain of evidence purposes, including interrogation of key witnesses. The Dallas PD was either grossly incompetent or worse.
If you follow JFK Facts on Substack and its previous website iteration, you can clearly see that just about every aspect of the evidence and the subsequent investigations can be called into question. Good luck trying to sort it out.
Still here :) Hmmm the plot thickens. I have read in jfk fb groups discussion around the shooters assumed height based on the rear leg length in the famous photo of “ruby” lunging. It does make for a taller human being.
Fascinating to read for the first time that the ballistics evidence was never tested or shared!

I have followed these events for about 40-45 years. I have read Ralph Cinque’s posts on Facebook for years re the Oswald shooting. He has done great research which
I will summarize . Author Cory Hughes also has done great research.
1) J Ruby was upstairs in a jail outfit while
oswald was “shot”downstairs by FBI agent James Bookhout. Bookhout had Jack’s suit on. Bookhout attended every interrogation Oswald had at the PD.
Thats who Oswald recognized as he was marched to his fate.
2) oswald was moved to an inner office where he was then murdered. Detective James Leveall stated a medical intern was present to “pump Oswald’s heart” after the shooting. This ensured a bleed out before he could go to the hospital.
3) after the staged shooting Bookhout was surrounded by detectives from all sides snd a cloth sack was put over his head. This clip is a available on yt
I think this act was to perpetuate the suggestion that Jack was the murderer.
Bookhout was also as bald as a cue ball and wore a rug. That’s the difference you see present in the neckline’s different appearance.
4) Ruby’s older but almost identical brother (Sam) went to the western union to get a money order for one of Ruby’s dancers. Sam also impersonated Jack at the press conference and at the newspaper office right before the murder.
Meanwhile, Jack was coordinating the murder, dropping off weapons, delivering a shooter back to his ship and on Friday night, he had to go to Galveston.

I continue to be open to whatever the evidence substantiates… the entire point of my series. The contradictions and evidence gaps I lay out is fascinating… before we get to Hughes and Cinque's claims
